Book An Appointment
General Policies
We appreciate your business. Your appointments are very important to us. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for adjustments. Thank you for being our valued customer and your support.
BOOKING DEPOSIT
- A booking deposit of $25 is required ($50 for Eyebrows only) to secure your appointment and is credited towards your schedule service.
- Deposit are NON-refundable.
- Deposit may not be credited towards different people or different services after booking the original services.
- A cancellations of any appointment requires a minimum 24 hour notice. If cancelling within the 24 hours window of your appointment day will forfeit your deposit and will not be able transfer to a later day.
RESCHEDULING
- 48 hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment or the deposit will be forfeited.
- Complementary touch-ups (Eyebrows only) must be scheduled 4-8 weeks from the initial procedure. Touch-ups after 8 weeks from initial procedure will incur additional fees.
LATE ARRIVAL
Please plan to arrive on time and plan for traffic. if you are more than 15 minutes late. Your appointment canceled and deposit will be forfeited.
NO GUEST
Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment because they can oftentimes be distracting to our artists. In order to give our clients the best services possible we must be able to have our full retention on them. Thank you for your understanding.
